Upland Resources Limited (LSE: UPL) is pleased to announce that it has received an exercise notice to exercise 24,583,332 warrants that were issued on 28 February 2023.
This warrant exercise will generate proceeds of £295,000.

Following the warrant exercise, the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 1,394,388,603.
