EBT Share Purchase
Ultimate Products plc announced that the Trustee of its Employee Benefit Trust purchased 12,000 ordinary shares on March 31 and April 2, 2026, at prices of 44.925 pence and 44.725 pence per share, respectively. Following these transactions, the EBT now holds 3,146,014 ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.6% of the company's issued share capital, to benefit employees and satisfy share incentive awards.

Further to its announcement of 2 February 2026, Ultimate Products, the owner of a number of leading homeware brands including Salter (the UK's oldest houseware brand, est.1760) and Beldray (est.1872), was notified that on 31 March 2026 and 2 April 2026, JTC Employer Solutions Trustee Limited, in its capacity as trustee ("the Trustee") of the Ultimate Products Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), purchased 6,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 44.925 pence per Ordinary Share and 6,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 44.725 pence per Ordinary Share, respectively.
Following the above transactions, the EBT holds 3,146,014 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.6% of the Company's issued share capital.
