Result of AGM
Ultimate Products plc announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, including the delisting resolution. Consequently, the company expects to cancel its listing on the Official List and Main Market, and seek admission to trading on AIM, with both events anticipated to become effective on January 15, 2026.

Ultimate Products, the owner of a number of leading homeware brands including Salter (the UK's oldest houseware brand, est.1760) and Beldray (est.1872), is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM were passed by the requisite majority at the Company's AGM, held earlier today. Details of the votes received are available on the Company's website at www.upplc.com.
Following the passing of Resolution 17 (the "Delisting Resolution"), the Company today expects to make an application to cancel the Company's listing of the Ordinary Shares on the Official List and from trading on the Main Market ("Delisting") and seek admission to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The Delisting is expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 15 January 2026 and Admission is expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m. on the same date, 15 January 2026.
