Union Jack Oil PLC has issued a correction to its Rule 2.9 Announcement, clarifying that it has 152,865,896 ordinary shares in issue and a total of 146,565,896 voting rights, after accounting for 6,300,000 treasury shares. All other details from the previous announcement remain unchanged.

The following correction has been made to the "Rule 2.9 Announcement" released on 15 June 2026 at 7.00 am under RNS Number 3208I.
The ordinary shares in issue has been corrected to 152,865,896 and the total voting rights have been corrected to 146,565,896.
All other details remain unchanged.
