Appointment of Corporate Broker
Tertiary Minerals PLC announced the appointment of AlbR Capital Limited as Joint Corporate Broker, effective immediately from October 1, 2025. This appointment follows the merger of Peterhouse Capital Limited and Novum Securities Limited's capital markets businesses into AlbR Capital Limited. AlbR Capital Limited will serve alongside SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP as Joint Corporate Broker to the Company.
