Notice of Results

Focusrite plc (AIM: TUNE), the global music and audio products group supplying hardware and software used by professional and amateur musicians and the entertainment industry, will announce its audited Final Results for the 18 months ended 28 February 2026 on Monday, 29 June 2026.

As previously communicated, the Group has changed its financial year end to February to better align its reporting timetable with its operational and strategic planning cycle.

Given these results cover an 18-month period from 1 September 2024 to 28 February 2026, direct comparison to the previously audited 12-month period to 31 August 2024 is limited. To aid and simplify interpretation, the Group will therefore provide unaudited pro-forma results for the 12 months to 28 February 2026, alongside unaudited pro-forma comparative figures for the 12 months to 28 February 2025.

Analyst meeting
