Stephen Harrison, Chairman of Tungsten West, commented:

"I would like to thank Alistair for his contribution and dedication during his time at Tungsten West. He has helped initiate funding discussions for the restart of Hemerdon and these are progressing positively with a number of parties. On behalf of the Board, I wish him all the best going forward."

"Whilst we conduct the search for a permanent replacement, I am pleased that Phil has stepped into the role of interim CFO. Phil's experience with the Company and Project will allow for a smooth transition during this interim period."
