Exercise of Share Options and Total Voting Rights
Tristel plc has announced the issuance of 25,200 new ordinary shares following the exercise of employee share options. Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention products, announces that it has issued and allotted a total of 25,200 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options by employees of the Company.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 25,200 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 5 August 2026.
Total Voting Rights
After Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 48,022,493 and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 48,022,493. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
