Exercise of Share Options and Total Voting Rights
Tristel plc has announced the issuance of 10,000 new ordinary shares following the exercise of employee share options. These new shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on February 18, 2026, bringing the total number of ordinary shares in issue to 47,931,543, with a corresponding total voting rights figure of 47,931,543. This updated total voting rights figure will serve as the denominator for shareholders calculating their notification requirements under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention products, announces that it has issued and allotted a total of 10,000 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options by an employee of the Company.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 10,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 18 February 2026.
Total Voting Rights
After Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 47,931,543 and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 47,931,543. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
