Touchstar plc (AIM: TST), a supplier securing the logistics of people and product to a variety of industrial sectors, announces that it has been informed that on 14 July 2026, Lynden Jones, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 50,000 shares in tranches at a prices between of 80.4 and 81.6 pence per share.

Following these purchases Mr Jones holds 500,000 shares in the Company representing approximately 6.3% per cent. of the Company's issued voting share capital.
