The Company's annual general meeting (the "AGM") will be held at 1.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 21 May 2024 at 5th Floor, The Minster Building, 21 Mincing Lane, London, EC3R 7AG, United Kingdom. Further information on the Company's AGM arrangements can be found in the Notice of AGM.
