At the close of business on 30 June 2026, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 17,438,579 ordinary shares of £0.01 each.
The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is currently 17,438,579. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in the Company.
