Tracsis plc has announced a change in its share registrar from Neville Registrar Services Limited to Computershare Investor Services PLC, effective immediately. Existing share certificates will remain valid unless lost or damaged, and shareholders will receive notification and an invitation to register for online access to their holdings. Tracsis plc (AIM: TRCS) announces a change in its share registrar from Neville Registrar Services Limited to Computershare Investor Services PLC ("Computershare") with effect from today. Existing share certificates will remain valid and will not be re-issued unless lost or damaged.
A notification letter will be sent to shareholders advising of this change as well as an invitation to register for online access to their shareholdings.
