Block listing Interim Review
Tribal Group PLC has announced updates regarding its block admission arrangements for its Long Term Incentive Plans and SAYE Scheme. Between April 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025, the number of securities issued under the scheme totaled 175,000. Consequently, the balance of securities not yet issued at the end of the period is 1,043,914, reduced from the 1,218,914 securities available at the beginning of the period. The company's total number of securities in issue at the end of the period is 214,180,982 ordinary shares of 5p each.
