Result of AGM
Trafalgar Minerals PLC announced that all resolutions were passed at its annual general meeting, with Ordinary Resolution 1 receiving 38,730,262 votes for and 151 against, and Special Resolution 9 receiving 38,730,239 votes for and 642 against, reflecting strong shareholder support for the new Board and the company's strategy to acquire critical mineral assets.

Trafalgar (AIM:TRAF), a natural resource company focused on building a portfolio of assets and businesses across strategically important mineral supply chains, announces that at the Company's annual general meeting, held earlier today, all resolutions were passed.
The results of the voting by way of a poll on the ordinary resolutions and special put to the AGM, and set out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, were as follows:
