Result of AGM and Grant of Options
T42 IoT Tracking Solutions plc announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting on June 11, 2026. Following shareholder approval, the company granted options over ordinary shares to Director Igor Vatenmacher and PDMR Aviran Sabag, with each receiving 150,000 options at an exercise price of 4.5 pence. These options will vest monthly over 12 months for Mr. Vatenmacher and over 24 months for Mr. Sabag, subject to continued employment, and will lapse 10 years after grant.

Grant of options
Following shareholder approval at the AGM, the Company, on 11 June 2026, granted options over ordinary shares in the Company ("Options") to the following Director and PDMR:
