Travis Perkins plc has officially confirmed Gavin Slark's appointment as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026, following an earlier announcement on May 9, 2025. The company also noted, in accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.8, that Slark stepped down as a director of SIG plc on July 8, 2025.

Further to the Group's announcement of 9 May 2025, the Group is pleased to confirm Gavin Slark has joined the Board of Travis Perkins plc as Chief Executive Officer with effect from 1 January 2026.
