Full Year Trading Update
Titon Holdings Plc reported an unaudited trading update for the year ended 30 September 2026, with group revenue increasing by 8.1% to £17.1 million, driven by an 18.0% rise in Mechanical Ventilation Systems revenue to £10.1 million, while Window and Door Hardware revenue, including the new G-Pack acquisition, declined 4.2% to £7.0 million. The group's gross margin decreased to 28.5% from 32.9% in the prior year, attributed to product mix changes and lower hardware volumes. Cash reserves stood at £1.4 million with no debt, down from £3.5 million, reflecting the £1.0 million G-Pack acquisition and investments. The company anticipates improved gross margins in FY27 due to higher-margin product sales, cost reductions, and better manufacturing utilisation.

Titon Holdings Plc (“Titon” or the “Group”) is pleased to provide the following unaudited trading update on the Group’s performance for the year to 30 September 2026 (“FY26”), ahead of the release of the Group’s full year results in January 2027.
Highlights
Group revenue increased by 8.1% to £17.1m (FY25: £15.8m) with organic growth of 4.9% (excluding the contribution from the G-Pack acquisition).
Mechanical Ventilation Systems (“MVS”) revenue increased by 18.0% to £10.1m, its second consecutive year of double-digit growth.
Window and Door Hardware (“WDH”) revenue, including G-Pack, declined by 4.2% to £7.0m. The business returned to year-on-year sales growth in the second half of the year.
G-Pack contributed £0.5m of revenue following its acquisition in June 2026.
Group gross margin of 28.5% (FY25: 32.9%), reflecting changes in product mix and lower WDH volumes.
Group cash as at 30 September 2026 was £1.4m with no debt (FY25: £3.5m), following the £1.0m acquisition of G-Pack and investments in manufacturing productivity and new product development.
FY26 Trading
Titon delivered revenue growth, finishing FY26 as anticipated, against a subdued residential construction backdrop, with growth in MVS more than offsetting lower WDH volumes.
MVS growth was driven by project wins, improved customer service and new product introductions. However, profitability was constrained by a higher mix of newer products that initially carry lower margins. These products are being re-engineered to reduce their cost, and this work is almost finished.
WDH revenue grew in the second half of the year compared to the same period in the prior year. Returning the business to sustained growth remains a priority and a new range of products is due for release in the first half of FY27.
G-Pack contributed £0.5m of revenue in FY26 following the acquisition announced in June, bringing new products and customers to the WDH business. Integration is on track and moving G-Pack production to Titon’s site in Haverhill is expected to improve margins and make better use of our manufacturing capacity.
Outlook
The Group expects gross margins to improve during FY27, supported by increased sales of higher-margin products, lower costs from re-engineered products and improved manufacturing utilisation.
The benefits of new products, lower product costs and bringing G-Pack production in-house are expected to build through the year as the new products enter production and the transfer to Haverhill is completed.
Management’s priorities for FY27 are to improve MVS margins and return WDH to growth.
Tom Carpenter, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
“We have made good progress this year. MVS has delivered a second consecutive year of double-digit growth, and we are pleased with our G-Pack integration and its contribution to the WDH business.
We enter FY27 with a clear programme to continue improving margins, strengthen our product offering and deliver growth across both business units. With much of this work almost done, we expect a stronger financial performance in the year ahead.”
