Technologies New Energy PLC announced that the notice of the company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 has been sent to shareholders and is available on the company website. The AGM will be held virtually on October 31, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. London time. Voting on all resolutions will be conducted via poll, and shareholders are advised to submit proxy forms as soon as possible. The 2024 Annual Report, Notice of AGM, and proxy form have been submitted to the FCA's National Storage Mechanism.
