Grant of Options & PDMR Dealings
Tandem Group plc announced the grant of share options to its Chief Executive Officer, Peter Kimberley, who received 30,000 options, Chief Commercial Officer, David Poulter, who received 20,000 options, and Chief Financial Officer, Gurvinder Kaur, who received 20,000 options, all under the 2019 Employee Share Option Scheme. These options have an exercise price of 177.5 pence per ordinary share and are exercisable between January 1, 2029, and September 27, 2036. Additionally, 71,500 options were granted to other employees.

Tandem Group plc (AIM: TND), designers, developers, distributors and retailers of sports, leisure and mobility equipment, announces that Peter Kimberley, Chief Executive Officer, David Poulter, Chief Commercial Officer, and Gurvinder Kaur, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Company, have today been granted 30,000, 20,000 and 20,000 options respectively over ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the share capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) under the 2019 Employee Share Option Scheme.
The Options have an exercise price of 177.5 pence per ordinary share, being the closing middle market price per ordinary share on 28 September 2026. The Options are exercisable between 1 January 2029 and 27 September 2036, after which the Options will lapse.
A further 71,500 options have been granted to other employees under the 2019 Employee Share Option Scheme.
