Change of Name
Ovoca Bio PLC has officially changed its name to Talisman Metals PLC, following shareholder approval on January 27, 2026, and subsequent registration with the Companies Registration Office. Trading under the new name and the TIDM 'TLM' is expected to commence on AIM on February 6, 2026.

Dublin, Ireland, 5 February 2026 - Talisman announces it has now received approval from the Companies Registration Office for its name change to Talisman Metals PLC after a shareholder vote on 27 January 2026 approving such change. As such, on 6 February 2026 it is expected that trading in the name Talisman Metals PLC on AIM with the TIDM 'TLM' will become effective.
