January 23, 2026, Vancouver, BC - Taseko Mines Limited (TSX: TKO; NYSE American: TGB; LSE: TKO) ("Taseko" or the "Company") announces that one of its Executives, Rob Rotzinger, was issued 94,162 common shares by the Company related to the vesting of Performance Share Units on January 16, 2026, and advised the Company that he subsequently sold a total of 94,000 common shares of the Company at an average price of C$9.97 per share (approximately £5.36/share).
