ADMISSION TO TRADING OF US$210 MILLION SENIOR SECURED BONDS ON NORDIC ABM
Cornish Metals plc announced that its US$210 million senior secured bonds, carrying a 13.5 per cent. annual coupon, have been approved for trading on Nordic ABM, with the first day of trading being today, August 5, 2026. This development follows the successful placement of these six-year bonds, which are intended to advance the South Crofty critical mineral project towards production. The project is expected to produce approximately 4,700 tonnes of tin-in-concentrate annually in its initial five years, with projected low all-in sustaining costs over a 14-year mine life.

Reference is made to the announcement made by Cornish Metals plc (AIM: TIN) (“Cornish Metals” or the “Company”) on 7 May 2026 regarding the successful placement of US$210 million of six-year, senior secured bonds carrying a coupon of 13.5 per cent. per annum (the “Bonds”).
Euronext Oslo Børs has approved the admission to trading of the Bonds on Nordic ABM. The first day of trading in the Bonds on Nordic ABM will be today, 5 August 2026.
