Director/PDMR Shareholding
Team Internet Group plc announced that Non-Executive Director Max Royde notified the company of a transfer of 28,825 ordinary shares out of Kestrel Partners LLP's discretionary management and control due to a client portfolio rearrangement, with the beneficial owner remaining the same. Following this, Kestrel Opportunities, in which Mr. Royde has a beneficial interest, continues to hold 17,926,535 shares, and other Kestrel clients hold 49,778,144 shares, resulting in Kestrel indirectly holding voting rights over a combined 67,704,679 shares, representing 27.50 per cent of the total voting rights.

Team Internet Group plc (AIM:TIG, OTCQX:TIGXF) ("Team Internet" or the "Company") announces that it received notification from Mr. Max Royde, Non-Executive Director, that an aggregate of 28,825 ordinary shares of 0.001 pence each in the Company ("Shares") have been transferred out of Kestrel Partners LLP ("Kestrel") discretionary management and control due to rearrangement of a client portfolio. These Shares continue to be held by the same beneficial owner.
- Royde is a partner of, and holds a beneficial interest in, Kestrel. Mr. Royde is also a shareholder in Kestrel Opportunities and is therefore deemed to have a beneficial interest in Kestrel Opportunities' entire legal holding in the Team Internet.
Following this transaction, Kestrel Opportunities continues to hold (and consequently Mr. Royde is deemed to have a beneficial interest in) 17,926,535 Shares in the Company, and other clients of Kestrel, in which Mr. Royde has no beneficial interest hold 49,778,144 Shares in the Company.
