Team Internet Group plc announced that 208,135 ordinary shares were transferred out of Kestrel's discretionary management due to client portfolio rearrangements, with beneficial ownership remaining unchanged. Following this, Kestrel Opportunities, in which Non-Executive Director Max Royde has a beneficial interest, now holds 17,926,535 shares, and other Kestrel clients hold 49,902,978 shares. Combined, Kestrel indirectly controls approximately 27.55% of the company's total voting rights.

Team Internet Group plc (AIM:TIG, OTCQX:TIGXF) ("Team Internet" or the "Company") announces that it received notification from Mr. Max Royde, Non-Executive Director, that an aggregate of 208,135 ordinary shares of 0.001 pence each in the Company ( "Shares") have been transferred out of Kestrel Partners LLP's ("Kestrel") discretionary management and control due to the rearrangement of two client portfolios. These Shares continue to be held by the same beneficial owners.
- Royde is a partner of, and holds a beneficial interest in, Kestrel. Mr. Royde is also a shareholder in Kestrel Opportunities and is therefore deemed to have a beneficial interest in Kestrel Opportunities' entire legal holding of Shares in the Company.
Following this notification, Kestrel Opportunities now holds (and consequently Mr. Royde is deemed to have a beneficial interest in) 17,926,535 Shares in the Company, and other discretionary management clients of Kestrel, in which Mr. Royde has no beneficial interest hold 49,902,978 Shares in the Company.
On a combined basis, Kestrel indirectly holds voting rights over 67,829,513 Shares in the Company, which represents approximately 27.55 per cent of the total voting rights in the Company.
