Result of AGM
Crimson Tide plc announced that all resolutions presented at its Annual General Meeting were passed by shareholders. The resolutions received overwhelming support, with votes for ranging from 97.293% to 99.999% of the total votes cast, excluding withheld votes. Notably, Resolution 13, concerning the re-election of a director, saw 1,730,124 votes in favour out of 1,734,374 total votes, with 319,627 votes withheld. The company, a provider of the mpro5 frontline compliance platform, confirmed the successful outcome of its AGM.

Crimson Tide plc, the provider of the mpro5 frontline compliance platform, is pleased to announce that, at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
