Crimson Tide plc has announced that Jon Clarke, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has disclosed that Onvi Tech Ltd, a company where he serves as a director, was placed into creditors voluntary liquidation on April 23, 2026. This disclosure is made in accordance with rule 17 and schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
