Result of AGM
Thruvision Group plc announced that all resolutions were duly passed at its Annual General Meeting, with strong support for the receipt of directors' and auditors' reports, approval of the remuneration report, and the re-election of directors Tom Black, Victoria Balchin, and Richard Amos. The re-appointment of auditors and the authority for directors to set auditor remuneration also received overwhelming approval. While the authority for directors to allot equity securities for cash on a non-preemptive basis saw the lowest 'for' vote at 96.93%, all other resolutions, including market purchases of ordinary shares, passed with over 99% of the votes cast.

Following the AGM held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed by the requisite majority. The number of proxies received in respect of each resolution were as follows:
