Additionally, 10,925,000 new Ordinary Shares were admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market on 15 September 2026, bringing the total number of securities in issue to 779,331,787, which are fully fungible with existing shares.

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 30 September 2026, the Company's issued share capital consists of 779,331,787 Ordinary Shares of £0.0001, each with one voting right. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 779,331,787.
The above figure of 779,331,787 should be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
