General Meeting Result
Total Graphite plc announced the results of its General Meeting held on June 5, 2026, where all eight resolutions were carried by shareholders. Notably, Resolution 1 received 254,166,311 votes in favour out of a total of 254,314,442 votes cast, with only 100,148 votes against. Resolution 7, concerning a specific proposal, saw 105,883,360 votes for and 272,887 against, indicating strong shareholder support across all proposed items.
