Tirupati Graphite plc has announced that as of 31 March 2026, its issued share capital comprises 762,447,924 Ordinary Shares, each with one voting right, and the company holds no shares in treasury. This brings the total number of voting rights to 762,447,924, which shareholders should use as the denominator for calculating any required notifications under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 762,447,924.
The above figure of 762,447,924 should be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
