Extension of 2p Warrants to 9 October 2026
Neoterra Group PLC has secured Warrantholder consent to extend the exercise date of its remaining 15,899,999 warrants, exercisable at 2 pence each, from August 26, 2026, to October 9, 2026. This short extension is intended to provide warrantholders additional time to exercise their warrants, which the company anticipates will coincide with upcoming announcements regarding the initiation of the USTDA funded Rare Earths Project and results from metallurgical studies on the Fluorspar and Gallium Projects.

NeoTerra (LSE: TERA) (OTCQB: ANRCF), the African critical minerals exploration and development company, announces that it has obtained Warrantholder consent to extend, from 26 August 2026 to 9 October 2026, the final exercise date of the Company's remaining 15,899,999 warrants to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at 2 pence each (the "Warrants").
