The change of name will become effective upon registration at Companies House, and a further announcement will be made at that time. The change of name will become effective upon registration at Companies House. A further announcement will be made once the change of name has become effective. The Company's TIDM (TENG) and ISIN (GB00BF188X60) will remain unchanged.
