Tekcapital Plc (AIM: TEK) the UK intellectual property investment group focused on creating valuable products that can improve people's lives, is pleased to announce that Guident has appointed Bonnie Boyer, CPA, MBA as Chief Financial Officer.

• Boyer brings over 15 years of financial leadership experience, including senior roles at both private-equity-backed and publicly traded companies. Most recently, she served as Chief Accounting Officer at Sagent M&C, a SaaS provider in the mortgage technology sector, where she spearheaded financial transformation initiatives, scaled financial operations, and implemented robust internal controls to support accelerated growth.
