Result of AGM
Team PLC announced that all resolutions presented at its Annual General Meeting were passed by shareholders. Resolutions 1, 2, 3, and 4 received 100% of the votes cast in favour, with 78,097,188 votes for Resolution 1 and 4, 77,941,188 for Resolution 2, and 78,095,593 for Resolution 3. Resolution 5 passed with 82.21% in favour (60,861,003 votes), Resolution 6 with 75.57% in favour (55,944,943 votes), and Resolution 7 with 99.23% in favour (77,493,621 votes).

Team plc ("TEAM" or the "Company"), the wealth, asset management and complementary financial services group, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting, held yesterday, were duly passed.
