Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Beauty Tech Group plc announced that its Chief Technology Officer and PDMR, Andrew Showman, transferred 300,000 ordinary shares to The Prism Charitable Trust for nil consideration on January 30, 2026. Following this transfer, Mr. Showman retains an interest in 5,243,752 ordinary shares, representing approximately 4.7% of the Group's issued share capital. The transferred shares are subject to a lock-in arrangement as per a Deed of Election entered into on September 24, 2025, with the Trust agreeing to adhere to these restrictions.

PDMR Shareholding
The Beauty Tech Group plc (LSE: TBTG), a global leader in the rapidly growing at-home beauty technology market, has been notified that on 30 January 2026, Andrew Showman, Chief Technology Officer and PDMR, transferred 300,000 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the capital of the Group ("Ordinary Shares") to The Prism Charitable Trust, a special Trust of Prism the Gift Fund; charity number 1099682-1 on behalf of The Yankelson-Showman Charitable Trust (the "Trust"), for nil consideration (the "Transferred Shares").
Neither Andrew Showman nor any Persons Closely Associated with Andrew Showman has any beneficial interest in the Trust or the Transferred Shares.
Pursuant to the terms of Andrew Showman's Deed of Election (the "Deed of Election") which was entered into on 24 September 2025, the Transferred Shares are the subject of a lock-in arrangement (summarised in paragraph 9 of Part 9 of the Group's Prospectus dated 24 September 2025). The Trust has entered into a deed of adherence, agreeing to be bound by the restrictions contained in the Deed of Election, in respect of the Transferred Shares.
Following the transfer, Andrew Showman remains interested in 5,243,752 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.7% per cent. of the Group's issued share capital.
The notification below, has been made in accordance with the requirement of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
