Tatton Asset Management plc (AIM:TAM), the investment management and IFA support services business, is today providing an unaudited period end update on the Group’s performance for the six months ended 30 September 2026 (“H1 FY27” or the “Period”). The unaudited results for the Period will be announced on Tuesday, 10 November 2026.

The Group has delivered strong growth and a resilient performance. The interim results are in line with Board expectations for the Period, with continued strong growth in both revenue and profits supported by net inflows and positive investment performance.

AUM saw a strong increase of 15.0% to £26.224bn (31 March 2026: £22.805bn). Including 8AM Global, total AUM/I1 at the end of the Period was £27.968bn (31 March 2026: £24.216bn), an increase of 15.5%.

Investment performance in the Period contributed £2.415bn towards AUM, with net inflows contributing a further £1.004bn (H1 FY26: £1.352bn2), representing a solid 8.8%3 of opening AUM on an annualised basis. Average net inflows were £167m per month in the Period (FY26: £234m per month). This was lower than our guidance range of £200m to £250m per month due to an uplift in consolidation activity in Q2 above our normal rate. We reiterate our guidance of £200m to £250m per month in H2 FY27 reflecting our confidence in the near-term pipeline.

We continue to attract support from new firms and have increased the total number of supporting IFAs to 1,295 (31 March 2026: 1,218), a 6.3% increase since the end of the prior year.

Paradigm, the Group's IFA support services business, has maintained a steady performance in the Period. Paradigm Mortgages participated in mortgage completions totalling £10.0bn (H2 FY26: £9.4bn). We have continued to deliver a consistent volume of mortgage completions in a challenging economic climate. As in prior periods the nature and distribution of these completions continues to be weighted towards lower margin product transfers with new mortgages having seen a slight improvement year on year and buy-to-let completions remaining consistent. Mortgage member firms in the Period decreased to 1,996 (31 March 2026: 2,014) following a modest rationalisation of seventy-six dormant firms and Consulting member firms were 426 at the end of the Period (31 March 2026: 433).

Paul Hogarth, Founder and CEO of Tatton Asset Management plc, said:

“I am pleased with the Group’s first half result, which has delivered strong growth in AUM/I¹ of 15.5% to £27.968bn. This growth was supported by positive investment performance of £2.415bn together with net inflows of £1.004bn as we maintain the momentum and build on the long-term growth we have consistently delivered since inception.

“The fundamentals of our business remain strong and adviser support continues to grow and broaden, with the number of firms using our services further increasing by 6.3% to 1,295. Our investment proposition continues to attract recognition across the market and we continue to develop a strong pipeline of IFA activity and new IFA engagement. With AUM/I1 now at £28bn, we are within touching distance of our 'Roadmap for Growth' target of £30bn by FY29 and we remain confident we will meet this target ahead of time.

“This is a particularly good performance given the Period was set against a backdrop of continued economic uncertainty, with advisers and their clients understandably cautious ahead of the Autumn Budget and the usual seasonal slowdown over the summer months. It also demonstrates, once again, the strength and resilience of Tatton's business model and our leading position in the MPS market.

“Paradigm has delivered a steady and dependable performance despite a challenging market backdrop. Paradigm Mortgages participated in completions of £10.0bn, up 6.4% on the second half of last year (H2 FY26: £9.4bn), and Paradigm Consulting continues to provide valued support to its member firms.

“These results are a testament to the dedication of our team and the strength of our partnerships with independent financial advisers. The Board's expectations for the full year remain unchanged and while we are mindful of ongoing geopolitical and economic volatility, the business is well positioned to make continued progress.”
