Exercise of Options and PDMR Dealings
Tatton Asset Management PLC announced that Chief Financial Officer Paul Edwards exercised options for 20,000 ordinary shares and subsequently sold them at 665 pence each, retaining an interest in 529,483 shares representing 0.86% of the issued share capital. Chief Investment Officer Lothar Mentel exercised options for 12,150 ordinary shares, increasing his total interest to 1,386,239 shares, or 2.26% of the issued share capital. These transactions involved the exercise of options under the 2017 and 2023 EMI Schemes, with shares awarded from the Company's Employee Benefit Trust.

Tatton Asset Management PLC (AIM: TAM), the investment management and IFA support services group announces that it has been notified that Paul Edwards, Chief Financial Officer, and Lothar Mentel, Chief Investment Officer, have exercised options over an aggregate of 32,150 ordinary shares of £0.20 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the 2017 and 2023 EMI Schemes (together the "Option Shares"). To satisfy the option exercise, 32,150 Ordinary Shares are to be awarded from the Company's Employee Benefit Trust (EBT).
Paul Edwards has exercised 20,000 Option Shares. Following Mr. Edwards' Option exercise, he immediately sold 20,000 shares, at a price of 665 pence per Ordinary share. Following this transaction, he is interested in 529,483 Ordinary Shares representing 0.86% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Lothar Mental has exercised 12,150 Option Shares and therefore, following this transaction, he is interested in 1,386,239 Ordinary Shares representing 2.26% of the issued share capital of the Company.
