The Board of Synergia Energy Limited (Synergia or the Company) announces the appointment of Stacey Britza as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Stacey has been actively involved in the Company's activites for 18 years as Executive Assistant and Assistant Company Secretary. Consequently, Stacey brings valuable experience of the Company's activities and continuity.
