Symphony Environmental Technologies Plc (AIM:SYM), the global specialists in technologies that make plastic and rubber products smarter, safer, and more sustainable, announces that Sea Pearl Ventures Limited ("Sea Pearl") has transferred its shareholding in Symphony to its parent company, SESR Investments Pte Ltd ("SESR").
Consequently, SESR currently holds 46,526,953 shares in Symphony, representing 20.67% of the issued share capital.
The Company has also received notice of assignment of the Convertible Loan Agreement between Symphony and Sea Pearl, dated 9 March 2023, as amended, and the Second Convertible Loan Agreement between Symphony and Sea Pearl dated 16 October 2023, as amended (together, the "CLAs").
All rights and obligations under the CLAs were assigned to Sea Pearl's parent company, SESR from 5 April 2025. The terms of the CLAs remain unchanged.
