Result of General Meeting
The Smarter Web Company PLC announced that both resolutions presented at its General Meeting were passed, with Resolution 1 concerning the adoption of new articles receiving 99.0% of votes in favour and Resolution 2 regarding market purchase authority receiving 99.9% of votes in favour. The company, which holds Bitcoin on its balance sheet, offers web design, development, and online marketing services, and is pursuing an acquisition strategy. Both Resolution 1 and resolution 2 were proposed as special resolutions. The votes cast in respect of each resolution were as follows:
