The Smarter Web Company PLC announced the appointment of PKF Littlejohn LLP as its new independent auditor following a competitive tender process. Adler Shine has resigned from its role as auditor with immediate effect. Since 2023, the company has accepted Bitcoin as payment and considers Bitcoin a core part of the future financial system. The company uses BTC Yield, a key performance indicator, to assess the performance of its Bitcoin acquisition strategy, reflecting the percentage change in the ratio of Total Bitcoin Holdings to Shares In Issue (Diluted) over a given period. The company holds treasury reserves and surplus cash in Bitcoin.
