Results of Meeting
Sovereign Metals Limited announced that all resolutions presented at its General Meeting held on 18 February 2026 were carried by poll. These resolutions primarily concerned the issue of performance rights to key personnel, including Benjamin Stoikovich, Frank Eagar, Dr. Julian Stephens, Mark Pearce, and Nigel Jones. For each resolution, the votes cast in favour represented approximately 90-91% of the total votes, with approximately 9-10% voting against, indicating strong shareholder approval for these executive remuneration arrangements.

A General Meeting (GM) of Sovereign Metals Limited (Company) (ASX:SVM; AIM:SVML; OTCQX: SVMLF) was held today, 18 February 2026, at 11.00am (AWST).
The resolutions voted on were in accordance with the Notice of GM previously advised to shareholders. All resolutions were decided on and carried by way of poll.
