Result of AGM
Sovereign Metals Limited announced the results of its Annual General Meeting held on November 19, 2025, where all resolutions were carried by poll. Notably, Resolution 1 concerning the Remuneration Report received 57% of votes in favour and 43% against, constituting a "First Strike" under the Corporations Act 2001. The re-election of directors Mr. Benjamin Stoikovich and Mr. Ian Middlemas were both supported by 76% of the votes cast. Resolution 4, ratifying the issue of placement shares under Listing Rule 7.1, was overwhelmingly approved with 99% of votes in favour.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Sovereign Metals Limited (Company) (ASX:SVM; AIM:SVML; OTCQX: SVMLF) was held today, 19 November 2025, at 2.00pm (AWST).
The resolutions voted on were in accordance with the Notice of AGM previously advised to shareholders. All resolutions were decided on and carried by way of poll.
In accordance with Section 251AA of the Corporations Act 2001 and ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2, the details of the poll and proxies received in respect of each resolution are set out below.
