Supermarket Income REIT plc has announced its Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 25 November 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Shareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy by Monday, 23 November 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The company's portfolio was valued at £2.0 billion as of 30 June 2026, and it focuses on grocery properties that are essential to national food infrastructure.

The Board of Directors of Supermarket Income REIT plc (LSE: SUPR), announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 25 November 2026 at 11.00 a.m. at the offices of Macfarlanes LLP, 20 Cursitor Street, London EC4A 1LT.
The Notice of AGM will shortly be sent to shareholders and made available in the Investor Centre of the Company's website at www.supermarketincomereit.com.
As your participation is important to us, we would encourage you to vote ahead of the AGM by appointing your proxy in the manner described in the notice of AGM, no later than 11.00 a.m. on Monday, 23 November 2026.
