AGM - Submission of Shareholder Questions
Steppe Cement Limited is inviting shareholders to its Annual General Meeting, which will be held virtually via Zoom, allowing them to submit questions to the Board of Directors. Shareholders wishing to attend must request access by emailing ir@steppecement.com with proof of share ownership by Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (UTC+8). Further details regarding the AGM were previously announced on May 27, 2026.

Further to the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting on 27 May 2026, the Board of Steppe Cement would like to invite the Company's shareholders to attend its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") via Zoom. Shareholders will have the opportunity to ask questions to the Board of Directors, who will endeavour to answer them during the AGM.
Shareholders interested in attending should submit their request to the Company by email in advance of the AGM, together with proof of ownership of their shares, to ir@steppecement.com by Wednesday, 24 June 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (UTC+8).
