The Company was notified by the trustees of The Staffline Group plc Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") that the EBT purchased 1,949,672 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 2 February 2024 at an average price of 28.0 pence per share.
Following this transaction, a total of 5,311,537 ordinary shares, representing 3.56 per cent of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
