Total Voting Rights
SSP Group PLC has announced that as of May 29, 2026, its issued share capital comprises 770,542,157 ordinary shares, all of which carry voting rights as there are no shares held in treasury. This total of 770,542,157 voting rights will serve as the denominator for shareholders and other obligated parties when calculating whether they need to report changes to their interests in the company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R the Company advises that, as at 29 May 2026, its issued share capital consists of 770,542,157 ordinary shares of 1 17/200 pence each with voting rights.
There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 770,542,157.
This figure of 770,542,157 may be used by the Company's shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
