SSP Group plc has announced a transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR), Satya Menard, CEO Continental Europe, who acquired 88 ordinary shares at £1.69 per share, totaling £148.72, under the Partnership Shares element of the International Share Incentive Plan on 26 May 2026.
