Director/PDMR Shareholding
SSP Group plc has announced that two Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs), Jonathan Davies and Kari Daniels, acquired ordinary shares under the UK Share Incentive Plan on December 5, 2025. Davies purchased 73 partnership shares at £1.714 each, totaling £125.104, and received 36 matching shares at no cost. Daniels bought 88 partnership shares at £1.714 each, amounting to £150.810, and was awarded 44 matching shares for free. These transactions occurred on the London Stock Exchange.

The Company has been notified that on 5 December 2025 the persons set out in the table below, each being a PDMR, acquired ordinary shares of 117/200 pence in the capital of the Company ("Shares") under the Partnership Shares element of the Company's UK Share Incentive Plan ("UK SIP") at a price of £1.714 per Share and were also awarded Shares at nil consideration under the Matching Share element of the UK SIP.
